LEGAL AID


Partnered with Mission Convergence and Delhi State Legal Service Authority, SPOWAC initiates the following activities under this project: 

- Objective: To educate the vulnerable on issues pertaining to their rights and also provide free counselling on legal issues
- Needy individual cases are also taken up

So far, 384 cases have been taken up due to these camps organized by us

LEGAL AWARENESS CAMPS


In association with the Delhi Legal Services Authority (DLSA), SPOWAC has conducted Legal Awareness Campaigns and “Lok Adalats” at various places

- Objective: To inform people about their rights and how they may be treated unfairly at their work places or homes
- To spread awareness about the legal processes that are available through which one can avail of their rights

So far, about 11,150 people have attended the legal awareness camps organized by us.
