INFORMATION AND FACILITATION HELPDESK


- Objective: To make the vulnerable section of the society aware of the various welfare schemes of the Government and their entitlement
- This desk acts as a one-window information center that helps in filling forms and forwarding them to concerned authorities so that applicants can benefit from various welfare schemes

So far, about 55,472 people have benefited from this helpdesk.

Women all across the NCT of Delhi can use the helpline by dialing 181 to report cases of violence/conflict/exploitation, etc.. Counseling is provided by the helpline operators and quick action is taken or suggested to the complainant depending on the severity of the case.

- Spread all over Delhi to ensure that quick action is taken
