CONDUCTING BASELINE

- Objective: To create a database of the vulnerable population at the grassroots level
- Implemented through door-to-door visits in order to obtain an exhaustive list of information
- Also helps the government in arriving at various statistics regarding the economic and social aspects of the population in the catchment area
